Sanyo bringt Reiskocher für über 1.000 US-Dollar
Manche Menschen halten bereits den Besitz eines herkömmlichen Reiskochers für Luxus. Doch spricht man von den beiden Neuen aus dem Hause Sanyo, so kommt man nicht umhin, diese als echte Luxusprodukte zu bezeichnen. Die Rede ist vom ECJ-XP10 (white and black) und vom ECJ-V10 (champagne gold) über die Fareastgizmos berichtet. Dabei ist es vor allem eine neuartige und offensichtlich überlegene Technik, die für den stolzen Preis von 1.074 US-Dollar (also rund 700 Euro) verantwortlich ist:
Newly -adopted major technologies are used in manufacturing the new IH pressure rice cooker series.The kettle is made by rolling pure 1.5-mm thick cooper (the degree of purity is 99.9%) put between stainless steel and aluminum alloy, enabling to heat quickly and enhancing heat-retaining property. Die-cast aluminum is used for the frame of the body for the first time in the industry, according to the company. The frame is a flat single piece, so it is more sturdy and easier to clean up than the resin used in the former products.
Wer einen dieser Reiskocher im Haus hat, kann sich zumindest damit trösten, dass der Reis in aller Regel nicht allzu teuer ist. So kann man den Kauf durch sparsames Essen irgendwann vielleicht ammortisieren … sofern das denn nötig wird.
